Privacy notice: clinic strategy call enquiries

This notice explains how Signal7 [add registered legal entity name], Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (“Signal7”, “we”) handles the personal data you share on our clinic websites landing page.
What we collect
When you use the calculator, website score or booking form on this page we collect: your answers about your clinic, your name, clinic name, city, mobile number, email, preferred package, chosen call time, calculator/score results, and campaign details (UTM parameters, Google click ID, Meta click ID). We do not ask for, and you should not share, any patient health information.
Why we use it
To contact you about your enquiry, schedule and hold the strategy call, prepare recommendations for your clinic, and understand which of our marketing campaigns bring enquiries. Our legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox on the form (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
Partial enquiries
If you enter your mobile number and leave before finishing the form, we save what you entered so far and may contact you once about your enquiry. Tell us and we will delete it.
Cookies and tracking
Analytics and advertising tags (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) load only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. We never send your name, phone or email to these tools in page addresses or events. You can change your choice any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Who we share it with
Our service providers who help us run this process: website hosting, our CRM and automation tools, email and WhatsApp messaging providers, and calendar tools. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client (then it is kept for the duration of our contract and as required by law).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. Email inquiry@signal7.in and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
